Our jewellery is made to be worn, loved and treasured for years to come. Like any precious piece, it needs a little care to preserve its shine.
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising, and avoiding contact with perfume, creams, cosmetics and chemicals. Skin pH and perspiration can also naturally alter the appearance of certain finishes over time.
When you are not wearing it, keep your jewellery dry, ideally in its Marie Starek pouch and separate from other pieces to protect it from friction.
In-stock pieces are generally processed and dispatched within 72 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. For personalised or made-to-order pieces, the lead time shown on the product page applies. Delivery charges and times vary according to the delivery address; we deliver in France and Europe.
For non-personalised pieces, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective or non-conforming products. Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind; the provisions for defects or non-conformity remain applicable.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will issue a refund in accordance with the applicable terms.
